How do I cancel Deflicker Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Deflicker Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
I bought Pro or Fusion clips but don't see them
In the app, tap Restore purchases (on the home screen or the Pro screen). It re-checks your purchases with Apple.
What is a Fusion clip?
One Fusion clip covers up to 1,000 frames of 1080p video, about 4 seconds of 240 fps slow motion. Longer or higher-resolution videos use more clips, up to 6 per video, and the app shows how many before you upload.
What happens to my video with Fusion?
Only the clip you choose is uploaded. It is used to remove the flicker and deleted, together with the result, within 24 hours. The on-device fix never uploads anything. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I leave the app while it works?
With the on-device fix, keep the app open until it finishes. With Fusion, stay for the upload; after that you can leave, and the app picks up the result when you come back within 24 hours.
The flicker isn't fully gone
Try Strong strength, or the Bands method for rolling stripes. For deep or patchy LED flicker, use Fusion. Areas blown out to pure white in some frames can't be restored by any app. The step-by-step guide has the settings for each kind of flicker.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
